Tag

A tag which I have done for a couple of Challenges
  Moo Mania the theme being old book pages and
Tag Along   the theme being Roses
I started with a size 8 tag which I coloured using DI I then tore a page out of a old book and attached down one side with Studio multi medium and allowed to dry.Roses I got from a craft show I coloured the edges then sprayed them with a glitter spray.attached to tad along with a couple of metal leaves.stamps some words and add a key.I then mounted it on blk card  and threaded ribbon though hole.

Journal page

At Art Journal Journey this month the theme is Zodiac signs well I am Gemini so here is my page.I stamp the girl on both side of the pages then a couple of scrap paper which I then cut out and used as masks.I coloured them with pencils.With the masks in place I used Di for background and various stamps were used as well to make background.

Tag Card

I have done a tag card  using Graphic 45  Typography paper.

I chose the paper I wanted to use and cut a tag shape from it.

I then using stencils and stamps did a background over tag.

Cut out one of the toppers from pack tripled embossed it and mounted it on blk card I also cut a stripe of constrasting   paper in fact the paper I used was from the same sheet I used for my tag but the other side tripled embossed that then mount on blk card and put some lace along bottom edge.

Add the topper and strip to tag. Made a faux porcelain flower for the flower I used the left over card to die cuts the flowers put them together and dip in melting pot.then attach to tag and add a hat pin.Then mount tag on a kraft DL card which I had stamped a text stamp down one side add the words laughter and fun to top of tag and then you have the finished card.

Valentines Card

My Valentines card for Keith started with a white blank card cut a piece of black and then red slightly smaller than black added some lines using acrylic paint and stamp some flourishes.Heart made using the meltpot and textured tread. word are Tim Holtz and Creative Expression stamps.some bakers twine wrapped round and key and gems attached.I am pleased to say he love it.

Diamonds

A tag for the challenge at Sunday Stamper the theme being  diamonds I started with a size 8 tag which I coloured using Adirondack sunset orange and sunshine yellow. The flourishes are IndigoBlu and stamped using red pepper.flowers are Tim Holtz dies butterfly is IndigoBlu. Gems were added and then leaves and key.

Valentine

The challenge this time at Ali-Craft is Valentines. I was given this heart shape by Tando at Christmas so thought I would use it  I started by painting it all red then I stamped over it with Tim Holtz stamps allow to dry.Randomly I put frantage embossing enamel over and heated you have to do it slowly I always start with the heat gun quite away from the powder and  as it starts to melt move in  in slowly as the powder does tend to blow around.I then found some of Tim's paper and some acetate  traced round the hearts and cut out stamps words and swirls on paper then attach to the base and put acetate over then place the front of the hearts on.Flowers are from Craft Shop which I put in the melting pot.I then attached flowers using a glue gun adding some metal leaves under them then a key across the top right hand corner and a black bow in left hand one.Sorry there are no step by step but it actually started off in a different way to how it as ended.

Blue,Purple and Brown

I have done this tag for a challenge over at Our Creative Corner the theme being blue.purple and brown I started with a white tag which I coloured using DI broken china and seedless perserves edged it with gathered twigs.Ripped some paper from a book coloured it blue and attach to tag.Using stencils I added dots in brown and purple.I then stamped a flower using adirondack espresso I used Sheena's stamps triple embossed flowers fix together and put a button in middle.Added a few circles using a top of a softener bottle top.I then put it on another bigger tag made from kraft card.add a piece of sting words are paperartsy stamps
