A birthday card for a friends daughter background is painted using Tim Holtz distress paints. then stamps randomly some Dylusion sprays,stamp embossed an Doo Lally Pip image I used Hopeful Harriet stamp and cut out a hat from the same set attach to card then attach hat at a angle.Stamp some words and a sentiment,I then stamped her name and added some gems.
