Birthday Card

A birthday card which I am using for a challenge at Sunday Stamper the theme being backgrounds.
I started with a piece of white card which I covered with gesso then coloured with distress inks and perfect pearls.Stencils used were TCW and Tim Holtz. Stamps used are Pinkpaislee, Paperartsy and Sheena some bits of Tim Holtz rub ons.Flower is done the same way but using kraft card. The whole card should of been kraft card but I had a bit of a accident with it and it ended up in the bin but I did managed to save the flower.

A couple of journal pages

Here is a couple of pages I did I had thought of doing them for a challenge at Artistic Stamper the theme being Anything Goes and   Sunday Stampers  the theme being Natural my silly little brain wasn't working properly and did these but now that I look at them don't think they meet the criteria sorry Hels but after mojo going on hol I was rather pleased I had managed to do any.
The top page is coloured using Adirondack Inks  with Tim Holtz and Kaisercraft stamps
The bottom page is Distress Inks along with wax crayons and Spectrum Noir pencils {which I love} with Tim Holtz stamps a couple of pen nibs brought from E-Bay which I dipped in ink and a watch embellishment

Journal Page

Over at Art Journal Journey the theme for Aug is Frida Kahlo I must be honest I had never heard of her did a bit of googling love her work but I did find this challenge hard and hope this page based loosely on Frida is ok and I have not done her a injustice. The page was coloured using Distress inks and AdirondackStamps are by Tim Holtz,Visible Images Sheena and Inkylicious.Spectrum Noir pencils were used and some prima flowers.

A card and hanging

I have been struggling with my craft recently mojo went on hols and never really came back. Last week I went for a cuppa with a friend who showed me her new coasters my hanging and card are based on that coaster hope you like them.
Backgrounds are distress inks and adirondack stamps used are IndigoBlu and Pinkpaislee I triple embossed the hanging which I did using mountboard so it didn't bend with the embossing  I also put a touch of frantage embossing powder as well.
